Alex Lis-Perlis

Alex Lis-Perlis is a cross-sector strategist, researcher and operational leader who has worked at the intersection of education, workforce development and technology focused on democratizing opportunity. At Results for America, Alex manages a cross-functional initiative focused on increasing economic mobility of individuals, children and families across the U.S. Previously, Alex led local and national work to expand access to computer science education for BIPOC, women and girls. As part of the NYC Industry Scholars team, she helped launch a youth internship program that has provided high-quality, industry-aligned opportunities to over 7,000 NYC career and technical education students.

When not at work, you will find her in the woods, at the movies, petting other people’s dogs and talking about strength training.
