Abrar Hussain (he/him), a cybersecurity apprentice based in San Antonio, blends his passion for technology with a strong commitment to community service. With comprehensive training at Code Up and IBSS, and holding certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Associate and CompTIA Security Analytics Professional, he advocates for robust cybersecurity measures in community-focused organizations. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu, he appreciates cultural diversity and is actively involved in local volunteer work. As a 2024 NLC Fellow, Abrar is committed to contributing his skills and insights to developing safer, more resilient communities in the digital age, while also fostering his interest in mindfulness and pottery, hobbies that reflect a balance in his personal and professional life.
