A.J. Lucky - 2024 NLC Boston Fellow
A.J. Lucky is a former educator, community organizer and strategist, dedicated Democrat and currently serves as the Vice President of Program at Social Venture Partners. As a VP of Programs he co-leads efforts to support a portfolio of nonprofit organizations working to close the racial wealth gap in Boston. Over the last few years he’s made an incredible impact in education and youth justice reform in the midwest. His work experience and political involvement depicts an investment in creating better outcomes for vulnerable communities through advocacy at local, state and national levels.
A.J. Lucky attended Purdue University for his undergraduate degree and is currently working to complete an MBA. He truly believes the key to longterm sustainable change is community organizing. He hopes to merge his creative passions as a writer, performer and storyteller to find creative solutions for the plight of Queer POC.
