Bringing people together to stir progress and build collective power.
New Leaders Council – Vermont brings people together from outside of traditional realms of leadership to support and challenge one another to stir social change, connect around common values, and build collective power. NLC Vermont energizes its Fellows to step back to evaluate and reimagine systems, structures, and daily life. It equips its community with the tools necessary to build that reimagined future.

NLC VT helped me realize my true potential in two ways. I developed hard leadership skills that I will continue to leverage throughout my whole life. Even more importantly, it helped me better understand myself as a person. The curriculum allows for self-exploration in a way that I’ve never experienced but that is so incredibly valuable. Anyone who is interested in understanding themselves better, developing hard leadership skills, and making long-lasting connections with others should absolutely apply. Even if you don’t think of yourself as a ‘leader’, this free program will give you a better understanding of yourself so you’re able to grow personally and professionally.
